Returns & Redo Return Coverage

We follow certain return requirements. Eligible items must be requested for return within 7 days of delivery and must be unworn, unwashed, free of scent, makeup, deodorant stains, or damage, with all original tags securely attached. Items must be returned in their original clear protective garment bag with the barcode/SKU sticker intact.

The following items are not eligible for return: swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, beauty products, and jewelry unless eligible return coverage was purchased at checkout.

Extend Your Return Window to 30 Days

At checkout, U.S. customers can choose Redo Return Coverage. When purchased with an eligible order, Redo extends the return-request window from 7 days to 30 days and covers the cost of the first return shipping label and will cover items that would otherwise be final sale (ex. swimwear).

Redo coverage must be added during checkout; it cannot be added after an order is placed. The coverage fee is final sale and non-refundable.
