Processing & Shipping Times

We know you are so excited to receive your new items! Because we source our high-quality pieces from different warehouses to bring you the best styles, shipping times can vary slightly depending on the item's origin. 

• US-Based Items: Typically arrive within 2–5 business days.

• Overseas Items: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Please note: THESE ARE ESTIMATES AND WILL VARY. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately to ensure you get your pieces as quickly as possible! Additionally, orders around the holidays can be delayed due to high volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours so you can watch your whimsical new pieces twinkle their way to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we strive for perfection, sometimes the mail carrier makes a mistake. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@periwinkleandpearl within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right!
